How long does my order take to ship?

Every effort will be made to ship your product within one to three business days!

Do you offer international shipping? 

No. We do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

We offer returns/refunds on products that are damaged or lost in the shipping process within 7 days. You may find an occasional tart that is broken, but rest assured the quality is not affected. We will always take responsibility for any error made on our behalf in the order/shipping process.

As our melts are considered a perishable item, we cannot accept general returns. Although we use the best quality fragrance oils, not every scent may be to your liking, although we hope they are!
